We will gladly accept the return of products that are defective due to defects in manufacturing and/or workmanship for 30 days from the date of purchase. Fulfillment mistakes that we make resulting in the shipment of incorrect product to you will also be accepted for return 30 days from the date of purchase.
Product that is damaged must be fully documented. Pictures of all damaged product and containers must be provided before replacements can be sent. If your product was sent on a skid or pallet that was damaged, pictures or that help us recoup the loss from the shipper.
Returns for any other reasons require you to ship at your expense. The product must be unopened and there is a 25% restock fee (a minimum of $100.00) .
Customers returning products with free shipping are responsible for the shipping cost of the return as well as the actual shipping cost we incurred when sending the products.
