Increase Indoor Air Quality

You can:

v  Rip out the carpet and replace it with tile or linoleum.

v  Remove the draperies.

v  Clean the windows, blinds, and everything else in sight.

v  Replace all the A/C filters.

v  Clean your A/C Ductwork.

v  Paint the walls & ceiling.

But the problem persists!

Have you ever thought the problem might be contaminants behind the scenes?

If you have old ceiling tiles made from porous materials you have a breeding ground for:

v MOLD

v Mildew

v DUST

v Bacteria

v Allergens

Cleaning or painting the visible side of the tiles does not do anything about the plenum (the area between the grid suspension system & the inner roofline). That’s where the A/C ducts & plumbing are hidden. If you have minor leaks in the A/C intakes, the air you are breathing may have passed right through & over those porous tiles picking up microscopic particles along the way. Minor leaks in both coupled with heat and humidity can create the ideal environment for all those contaminants that are making you & your employees (maybe even some customers) SICK.
