Orders - Quote Request
Genesis Ceiling Tiles we need to know what size you need 2' x 2', 2' x 4' or 4' x 8' (Finale only), square foot or amount of tiles needed and your zip code.
Placing an order we will need a credit card, size, qty, type of tile, and shipping address.
Shipping Genesis Ceiling Tiles take about 10-12 business days from purchase to delivery, depending on weather.

THERMOPLASTIC (FAUX TIN) Ceiling Tiles we will need to know style, 2' x 2' or 2' x 4', laid in or glued up, finish type, square foot or amount of tiles needed.
Placing an order we will need all of the above info, plus credit card and shipping address.
Shipping of THERMOPLASTIC Ceiling Tiles can take up to 6 weeks depending on if the tile is in stock, or is a special order.

RETURNS
All products except wood ceiling tiles, special orders and some metals, has a 30 day from date shipped return policy.
All returns must still be in their boxes unopened and upon return a refund will be given on all returned, unopened products less 40% for restock.

Acoustical ceiling tiles as well as 99% of most other tiles will damage in time due to moisture, impact, mold and more.
