It is still just as washable and fire rated as the Smooth-Pro, you cannot scrape the printing off the tile or wash it off, it is there to stay.

PVC Tile waterproof ceiling tiles are able to withstand power washes. INSTALLATION INFORMATION Use skill saw to cut to size and place Waterproof Ceiling Tiles into PVC or aluminum grid system. To cut holes, use hole saw. Waterproof Ceiling Tiles are nominally sized 2'x2' and 2'x4', but can also be trimmed using utility knife.
