Mold
We have had to face many issues over the years; in the 1950's it was the lead in our paint, in 1970's it was the asbestos in our ceilings, and now it is the mold in our homes, buildings and schools.
Up to 40% of the public are bothered by mold. If you have mold growing in your ceiling tiles it could be costing you not only in lost revenues but in maintenance as well. Cleaning Ceilings
Accoustical tiles are almost impossible to clean, but they are easy to damage. They harbor bacteria, and when wet sag and grow mold. Our ceiling products are extremely easy to clean. Just spray on soap and water and wipe clean or power wash.

Water Spots
Water stained and spotted ceilings are a major eye sore as well as a huge health hazard. Once they get wet and the moisture has gone through the tile and the water spots are showing then most likely it is already growing mold, mildew and in time will start to sag and can fall out. If the health department checks above the ceiling and finds mold they might either give you warning, fine you, or close you down. Your only recourse is to replace those tiles.

Sagging Ceilings
Ceiling tiles sag due to one of three reasons:
- There is too much weight put on them.
- They are not rigid or thick enough.
- Due to humidity or moisture.
Any tile will sag due to weight. Some tiles or panels have to be glued to something else to avoid sagging. Our tiles, compared to these, are much thicker and more rigid and will not sag from their own weight. Damaged Ceilings
Most fiber boards tiles are easily damaged when anyone works above them such as electricians, plumbers, and HVAC techs. In fact it is fairly easy to damage during installation. Our ceilings are impact damage resistant and are extremely durable even when moved often.
Rusting Suspended Grid
Rusting metal ceiling grid is not just an eye sore, it is also a health issue. In some cases, such as commercial kitchens, you cannot just cover it up with painth as the health department will not allow it.
Pipe leaks, AC condensation, roof leaks can all cause your grid to rust. Our grid is vinyl so it can never rust or chip. We also have grid covers that snap onto your existing grid system to make that grid look like new.
Rusting Air Vents
Ceiling HVAC vents (diffusers) made of metal rust easily from the AC condensation blowing through them. They chip, painting is a hassle (sanding, cleaning and painting). All this can be avoided by use of ABS plastic vents. Our vents never have to be painted, are rust and chip proof, UL94 and come in white or black.
